La Panaderia de Ana started in 2009 when Ana Maria Gonzalez decided to turn her grandmother's recipes into a neighborhood bakery in Wynwood. What began as a small operation with just a single oven has grown into one of the most beloved bakeries in the community.
We still use the same sourdough starter from day one, source our flour from local mills, and bake everything by hand in small batches. Every loaf, every pastry, every cake is made with the same love and attention that Abuela taught us.
