La Esquina Cantina was founded in 2002 by Rosa and Ernesto Mendez, who brought their grandmother's recipes from San Marcos Tlapazola, Oaxaca. Today, their daughter Chef Rosa runs the kitchen with the same love and dedication — every mole is ground fresh, every tortilla is pressed by hand, and every dish honors the flavors of home.
