Our Story
Golden Dragon Kitchen was born from a lifelong dream. After 25 years working in Hong Kong and Guangzhou's finest restaurants, Chef Wei Chen brought his family recipes and Cantonese mastery to the heart of Miami's Chinatown in 2010.
We source ingredients daily from trusted Cantonese suppliers — aged black vinegar from Zhenjiang, organic fermented black beans, fresh live seafood — because authentic flavor cannot be faked.
The golden dragon above our entrance is hand-carved jade from Guangzhou, a gift from our village elders. It reminds us that every meal we serve carries the spirit of generations.
