We recommend booking at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance for smaller events, and 3 to 6 months for weddings and large galas. Popular dates fill quickly, especially during holiday season.

Absolutely. We offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, and halal options. Please let us know of any allergies or dietary needs during your consultation and we will build a menu accordingly.

All packages include food, service staff, setup, and cleanup. The Celebration and Grand Gala packages also include bar service. Linens, rentals, and floral arrangements can be added for an additional fee.

Yes, absolutely. Menu customization is one of our specialties. We offer a complimentary tasting session for events over 75 guests, so you can experience the dishes before your event.

We serve the entire region. Travel fees may apply for events more than 30 miles from our Miami base. Contact us for a custom quote based on your event location.
