From Backyard Pit to the Streets
What started with a homemade barrel smoker in the backyard became the most sought-after BBQ truck in the city.
Pitmaster Ramon built his first smoker from a 55-gallon drum in 2018. After winning local competitions and feeding half the neighborhood every weekend, he took it to the streets. Today Humo & Brasa runs a custom 1,000-gallon offset smoker, sources heritage-breed pork, and smokes over 500 pounds of meat every week.
