Most properties go live within 5–7 business days after signing. This includes professional photography, platform setup, and compliance documentation.

We list on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Expedia, our own StayPR direct-booking site, and several other platforms to maximize visibility.

You receive direct bank deposits monthly, typically between the 5th and 10th of each month, with a full itemized statement showing every booking, fee, and expense.

All bookings are protected by platform damage guarantees and we maintain supplemental coverage. We document property condition before and after every stay and handle all claims on your behalf.

Absolutely. You maintain full owner access and can block dates for personal use through the owner dashboard or by contacting your property manager anytime.
